Don't you just love the cold seasons? Hot tea and chocolate by the fireplace can really make your day. And you can always count on Fall fashion trends to be a real mood booster, what with the exotic looking models and styles to cheer you up a bit when you think you need more warmth...

Also keeping you warm, extra large knitted sweaters will be a great hit, in fact, all things knitted and hand made are very fashionable this fall and winter, so ask granny to knit you some fun large blouses and wear them with some classy tight jeans, and of course, the proper shoes!

This is such a subtle combination, perfect for a casual look that is attractive at the same time. If dresses are more your style, they can be knitted as well and wearing them with some colorful boots will give you a rather trendy appearance no matter what age you are.

If you want a more official outfit, you can opt for suits in stripes or in black and white. The suit styles of men of the fifties has successfully crossed over to women's wear, so adopt this style look great in the office as well.

Trendy looks this fall will all be retro inspired. Think contemporary tunics and short dresses, worn over tights or leggings. Or double-breasted wool blazers and jackets, paired with pleated trousers. Plaid crop jackets are chic, as are matching skirts and jackets. Feminine blouses now have puffed sleeves. Wide belts with large buckles adorn dresses. Sweaters and dresses may be embellished with rhinestones, buttons or jewels. The little classic black dress calls for many accessories and shoes in vivacious colors.

			An impressive comeback. The 50s will continue its influence upon today's styles, so check out pics from old magazines and find some inspiration! In Spring 2010 there were quite a few designers influenced by the 50s style, so you shouldn't be taken by surprise by this trend. Everything that brings back the air of the fifties will be highly fashionable now. So, if you opt for dresses, aim for just below the knee. Trousers with stripes or short trousers will also be a hit this fall. Large hand-knitted sweaters in any material are super hot. Wear these with some classy jeans and mid heel pumps and you'll be looking great!

One look we love is the early Boho style that ruled the late 1950s and the good news is that fans of the look that made Sienna Miller a fashion icon can enjoy it well into the fall.

If you've never felt comfortable in the heavy jewelry, metal-adorned belts and shoes, and flowy, diaphanous skirts of the late 60s Boho look, the new crop of 50s Bohemian chic offers a different approach with rich details that may make you feel more pulled together and less like a gypsy.

Hot colors for a cold season.

For fall and winter, with grays seeming to be the dominant color trend in late 2010, you'll need to cheer your outfit up with some warm colors. Get something in red, orange or yellow and mix it with grey or dark brown.

Sweaters are an excellent way to have a bit of color on you, and the boots that you wear shouldn't be dull either. Yellow or reds are perfect for the current fashion trends, and your accessories should be colorful as well, and of large size.

Shoes and dress boots this fall come in a variety of styles. Most popular being round-toed flats in a variety of colors. A pair of black dress flats may come with a grey or red bow embellished with jewels.

Shoes may be patterned in plaid, plain or colored, patent leather, hounds tooth, or maybe even polka dots. The season is all about contrasts; of styles and colors, so look for little details like red stilettos with a black strap, buckle or silver button ornamentation.

For some reason, purple is the “it” fashion color for multi strapped pumps this year, and expect colorful knee-high dress boots to adorn the fashion-conscious this fall. Also, high heeled cuffed bootines and comfortable belted leather boots for dressier occasions are all the rage.
